Is Blogger.com dying

In reading some of my favorite Southern Baptist blogs, they have/are planning a move away from Blogger.com because of numerous outages and other technical issues.

Is Blogger.com dead, should Google call a crisis team to save it?

If you have a blog on Blogger, are you considering closing/moving it elsewhere?
